Why don't we actually spend this stuff?

I'm not saying we have to buy things all the time with our crypto. I believe a lot of these assets are great investment opportunities and the tech is revolutionary like most of you.But coins whose sole purpose to be a means of exchange like BTC, LTC, BCH, VTC, XMR, DASH etc. are coins we need to spend occasionally. Let's say everyone with these coins agreed on a day or a week that we'd all go out of our way to make purchases with our crypto. We'd be doing a whole lot of good towards promoting something we think is amazing.Imagine how many people would be exposed to crypto if this could be organized. Imagine a cashier that's asked if they accept (insert coin here) 20 times during a week. He or she is going to get interested and that's contagious.Cryptocurrencies are still young and we are early adopters. We have to do more to promote the hell out of these things outside of the communities we are already a part of. That paired with making crypto easier to use are going to be the key to whether this catches on or not. via /r/CryptoCurrency https://ift.tt/2GTMZCy I'm not saying we have to buy things all the time with our crypto.
